Our process is straightforward. Call us, we come to you, we fix it, and you know exactly what happened and why.
1. Initial call
Tell us what your printer is doing (or not doing). We ask about the brand, model, and error to figure out if same-day help is possible. If it's urgent, we prioritise it.
2. Same-day visit
Our technician arrives with tools and spare parts. Urgent bookings made before midday usually get an afternoon visit. We come to your office or home, no waiting in a workshop.
3. Diagnosis
We inspect the printer, run test prints, check connections, and read any error logs. We show you the problem and explain what we found. You get the truth, not guesswork.
4. Free quote
We tell you the cost to fix it. No hidden fees. You decide whether to go ahead. If you say no, there's no bill. Simple.
5. Repair
We fix the fault on-site when we can. If a specific part needs ordering, we arrange it and book a follow-up visit to install it. Either way, we keep you informed.
6. Testing and sign-off
We print test pages, verify network settings work, and check everything you need the printer to do. You sign off when it's working right. Then we're done.

- How quickly can you get to us?
- We aim for same-day visits on urgent repairs. Call before 11am and we'll do our best to book an afternoon slot. For non-urgent work, we usually arrange a time within 2–3 days. Response depends on our schedule and your location within the Darling Downs.
- Do you really come on-site?
- Yes. We come to your office or home. Most repairs happen right there, so you're not without a printer for days. If a part needs ordering, we arrange it and return to fit it. On-site means faster fixes and less disruption to your work.
- Which brands do you repair?
- We specialise in HP, Canon, OKI and Brother. If your printer is a different brand, call us anyway, we may still be able to help, or we'll recommend someone who can.
- Should I repair or replace my printer?
- If your printer is less than 5 years old, repair usually makes sense. If it's older, a new compact printer might cost the same as a major fix. We'll give you our honest opinion based on what we find, and we won't push you either way.
- Do you supply replacement parts?
- Yes. We keep common toner cartridges and consumables in stock for HP, Canon, OKI and Brother. For specialist parts like fuser units or print heads, we source them and fit them on-site or arrange a follow-up visit.
- Can you help with network printing?
- Yes. If your printer won't connect to Wi-Fi, print over the network, or scan-to-email, we diagnose the problem and fix it. Most network issues take one visit. We can set up printers on your existing network or troubleshoot connection problems.
